Terms and Conditions
LinkedIn Profile Audit
This Client Agreement is effective as of the date of purchase, by and between Meller Marketing LLC (“Service Provider”) and the purchaser (“Customer” or “You”).
1. Services & Deliverables
Service Provider shall provide a LinkedIn Profile Audit, which includes:
- Discovery Call: A 15-minute Zoom call to align on goals.
- PDF Review: Personalized observations and actionable recommendations.
- Recorded Video Walkthrough: A video recorded via Zoom reviewing the findings.
2. Fees and Payment
The fee is $397, payable in full at time of purchase. Service Provider is not obligated to begin performance until payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of onboarding instructions and the personalized nature of the audit, all fees are non-refundable.
4. Scheduling & Expiration
- 60-Day Expiration: Services must be initiated (Discovery Call scheduled) within 60 days of purchase or fees are forfeit.
- Timeline: Deliverables provided within 7 business days following the Discovery Call.
- No-Show Policy: Missed calls without 4 hours' notice may require a $50 rescheduling fee.
5. Confidentiality
Service Provider shall treat all non-public information as confidential. Publicly visible LinkedIn profile info is not considered confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Service Provider be liable for any loss of revenue or profit. Service provider does not guarantee specific business results.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Macomb or Oakland County, Michigan.
