1. Client-Coach Relationship
An effective coaching relationship requires mutual understanding. Client agrees to be open to feedback and take personal responsibility for results. Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes as success depends on the Client’s own efforts and circumstances.
2. Services
The parties shall engage in one (1) 45-minute Power-Up Session conducted via Zoom. This session may focus on LinkedIn personal profiles, Company Pages, or general marketing strategy.
- Expiration: This session must be scheduled and completed within one (1) year of the date of purchase, or the session and fee will be forfeited.
- Support: Coach provides unlimited "quick" emails and LinkedIn messages between the purchase date and the session. Coach will endeavor to respond to these inquiries within 48 business hours.
3. Fees
Client shall pay a single payment of $297, due immediately. Performance of services will begin only after payment is received in full.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Unused sessions are forfeit upon termination of the Agreement.
5. Scheduling & Cancellation
It is the Client's responsibility to schedule the session. You must provide at least 8 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the session being marked as "used" or require a rescheduling fee.
6. Confidentiality & Public Comments
Coach will treat all shared information as confidential. However, if Client chooses to publicly share praise or disclosures regarding the coaching on social media, Coach reserves the right to reshare those public comments for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COACH BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan.
