Cancel a Recurring Subscription (Monthly, Annual)

Here are instructions to cancel a recurring subscription you have with Meller Marketing.

  1. Log into your account at https://www.mellermarketing.com/login and be sure to use the email address that you used to purchase your product or service.
  2. In the top right side of your page, click on your Avatar from the page header.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown.

  4. Click Billing in the top right of the page, under Account Information.

  5. On the Billing page,  you will see a list of Saved Credit Cards for your account, plus any Active Subscriptions. 
    • Depending on the Offer / Subscription you wish to cancel and the payment method used to purchase it (Stripe or PayPal), you can then proceed with cancelling your subscription, by clicking on the three dots.
    • If you used PayPal, you will be redirected to log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there. 

 

If you want to Update your card on file, follow the above instructions to this billing page, then:

  • Make changes to your default card OR
  • Make changes to a specific Offer / Subscription

 

Recurring payments are non-refundable. Cancellations will stop future payments. Questions? Email [email protected]
