10 things to do on LinkedIn this week to get paid clients

I created a list of 10 Things You Can Do on LinkedIn THIS WEEK to help you to get more paid clients. 

 

Without further ado, here you go!

 

  1. Profile Quick Review for CTAs. Review your profile from top to bottom. Make sure there is AT LEAST ONE call-to-action (website, phone, email) for a prospective client to follow to do business with you. Do NOT click on "Contact Info." 

  2. Connect with Connections. Start by exporting your connections (here's a video showing you how). Sort by job title. Send a direct message to 10 people. Send a voice note to 10 people. Keep it breezy - just make it a quick note checking in to ask them how their 2025 is going so far.

  3. Use Your AWAY Message (Premium members). If you have premium, set up an away message driving people to your discovery call link. Here is a video explaining how to set up an AWAY message.

  4. Engage with 5 clients. Look up your past five clients on LinkedIn. Add a thoughtful comment (8+ words) to their most recent LinkedIn post.

  5. Look for Page Followers. Go to your company page. Look at your new page followers. Invite them to connect.

  6. Look up your followers. Invite anyone relevant to connect.

  7. Post a video describing your top service, the problem solved, and who is an ideal person for this service. Ask people to share the video along or to comment below and tag in their connections who might be interested. Also, tag me for inspiring you and I will be sure to add a comment to help jumpstart your engagement.

  8. Search for new connections on LinkedIn using filters. Send them a personalized invitation. Make it all about them.

  9. Look at "Who's Viewed Your Profile (Premium members). For those who match your ideal, target audience criteria, go to their activity feed and add a thoughtful comment to a recent post.

  10. Book a Power Hour with me. Because let’s be honest: 
    • You’re busy.
    • You want to do these things.
    • You want new clients.
    • But you need help with FOCUS and maybe guided, hands-on instructions for some of these items.
