What to Say in Your Annual Email Reminder to LinkedIn Page Admins

If you're a page admin of your company page on LinkedIn and in charge of your page, I recommend you send out an annual email reminder to ALL page admins, to remind them of their access and your expectations, plus some ground rules.

 

Follow my formula.

 

  • FIRST: review your page admins. Remove anyone who's no longer an employee or supporting your company. Add in anyone who should be added. You should have at least two page admins, including yourself. Self-employed? Add a family member or trusted friend who is active on LinkedIn.

 

  • Subject Line: LinkedIn Company Page Admins for Meller Marketing – Annual Reminder. Replace "Meller Marketing" with your company page name. 😎

 

  • Make sure you add all page admins to the TO: field, so they can see it was sent to the group at the same time.

 

  • BODY: (feel free to copy verbatim, then change it to fit your company admins)

This email is a reminder that you are listed as an admin on the Meller Marketing company page on LinkedIn.

I am sending this email to you as a heads-up. I do not expect you to do anything on the page or to manage the page. However, if I were ever to lose access to LinkedIn, one of you would be able to access the page. I’ve included a screen capture of all our page admins below for your reference.

Page admins have the following abilities:

  • You can respond to posts on our page as Meller Marketing

  • You can invite your connections to follow our page

  • You can help to monitor our page activity. 

The current page management including posting / follow-ups is being managed by me. 

When you visit our page https://www.linkedin.com/company/meller-marketing-llc/, you’ll automatically be on the page in “Admin view.” If you wish to interact with the page posts as yourself, you’ll have to click the button in the left side of the page to “View as Member.”

You are welcome to and I encourage you to interact with our page posts as yourself, if you would like to do so. Doing so helps me with page engagement and also encourages other admins and page visitors to follow your lead.
